Akash Packaging: Fast E-Commerce & Automated Order Management

The Challenge & Our Approach
Industrial buyers need transparent pricing and self-serve ordering, not phone calls and offline price sheets.
Akash Packaging manufactures eco-friendly boxes, corrugated cartons, and custom shipping packaging. Previously, orders were managed entirely via phone calls and offline price sheets, leading to pricing confusion and lost sales from out-of-state buyers.
They required an online storefront where B2B buyers could calculate custom volume pricing, order standard stock cartons directly, and receive automated GST invoices. Our strategy was a high-speed e-commerce catalogue with dynamic tier pricing, custom dimension calculation, integrated payment gateways (UPI, Cards, NetBanking), and instant order notifications.
We built structured product variations – custom dimensions, ply ratings, paper grades, and minimum order quantity (MOQ) selectors with instant price calculation – alongside a B2B quick-quote builder that lets wholesale corporate clients submit spec sheets and receive branded PDF estimates within minutes.
A secure multi-gateway checkout with Razorpay and UPI QR codes reduced cart abandonment and eliminated payment drop-offs, while a simple self-service admin dashboard lets the client update stock, change seasonal prices, and export shipping manifests on their own.
